Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to get your order to your door and answer your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't keep it longer than we need to.

When you order or get in touch, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery and billing addresses
• What you ordered, and the history of your orders with us
• Any message you send us

Payment is handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code.

When you browse the site, our store platform also records standard technical details — pages viewed, approximate location, browser type and device — so we can see what's working and keep the site running.

• To take payment, pack and deliver your order
• To send order updates, receipts, tracking and dispatch emails
• To handle returns, refunds and exchanges
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To improve our products and the website
• To tell you about new colourways and drops — only if you've signed up, and you can unsubscribe from any email

We share only what each partner needs to do their job, and they can't use it for anything else:

• Shopify — runs our store and processes payments
• Australia Post and other couriers — deliver your order
• Email and analytics providers that help us run the shop

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart saved, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can switch cookies off in your browser settings, though some parts of checkout rely on them to work properly.

Some of our service providers store and process data outside Australia, including in Canada and the United States. We rely on their contractual and legal safeguards to keep your information protected wherever it sits.

We keep order records for as long as tax and consumer law requires us to, and marketing consent until you withdraw it. If you close your account with us, we delete what we're not required to hold.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that's wrong, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email we send. Just email hello@modallabel.com.

Our store and payment systems sit behind industry-standard protections, and access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to serve you. No system is completely secure, so we only hold what we genuinely need.

Our site is aimed at adults and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll remove it.
