Shipping & Returns

Modal Label ships to addresses within Australia only. We're not able to send orders overseas yet — if you're outside Australia, please reach out at hello@modallabel.com and let us know what you're after.

Shipping is free on orders over $150 AUD, and your cart will show how close you are as you shop.

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Australian studio. Once your order is on its way you'll get a dispatch email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund.

For a return to be accepted, the piece must be:

• Unworn and unwashed — try it on over your own clothes
• Tags still on, exactly as they arrived
• Not damaged, marked or worn out by you

This is sleepwear, so the tags-on, unworn rule is a hygiene one as well as a quality one — we can't resell a piece that's been worn out.

Returns carry a $9.99 AUD return fee anywhere in Australia. You don't pay it up front — we deduct it from your refund. Drop the parcel at a post office or book a pickup, whichever suits you.

Pop the piece back in its original packaging, include your order number, and post it to the address we send you when you start your return at hello@modallabel.com.

Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check that it's unworn with tags on, we'll refund your order total less the $9.99 AUD return fee to the card or account you paid with. Refunds can take a few days to show on your statement depending on your bank.

If you're returning only part of an order that qualified for free shipping, the value of what you kept is what counts toward the free shipping threshold.

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us at hello@modallabel.com with a photo and we'll sort a replacement, exchange or refund — and we cover the shipping on those, no return fee for you.

Nothing in this policy takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Our returns policy sits on top of those guarantees, not instead of them.
